At Crane and Associates, we have a strong self-performing team. We have internal crews that place concrete, perform complex structural repairs and remodels. For most projects, our only subcontractors are for licensed trades such as plumbing and electrical work. Most GCs in today’s marketplace sub out all the work and simply manage the process. By self-performing most work, we do not have the conflicting schedules and handovers between subcontractors which equates to faster completion times and higher quality.
