At Crane and Associates, we pride ourselves in our high-quality and on-time greenfield builds. Greenfield builds are projects where the building envelope needs to be constructed either on raw land or land where the existing structure is removed in order to make way for a new building.

Greenfield builds can also also include site work on the outside of the building such as installing parking lots, installing sidewalks and other site utility work.

Because we self-perform most of the non-trade specialties, we are able to bypass the typical snags that cost time, quality and money.
